1st stage was directly with the head of programming, then the 2nd stage was the final interview with CEO and the head of programming. There was no screening call. 1st call was a live code test identifying problems in pre-written code.

The interview focused on sound knowledge of Design Patterns and the life-cycle of the Unity landscape focusing on good code structure and style as well as problem-solving skills. The overall process was very laid-back but welcoming at the same time.
