Interview Experience with KodeKloud - Disappointing Process I recently went through the interview process with KodeKloud, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I was scheduled for an interview on three separate occasions, and each time I received no communication from their team just waited for the call to happen. I rearranged my schedule multiple times, believing they were genuinely interested, but each time I was left waiting without any feedback or follow-up. After the third instance of being “ghosted,” I reached out to inquire if the process would be continuing, but my messages went unanswered or just postponed by saying they are busy right now but will reach me later. This experience left me with a very poor impression of their recruitment process and the company’s professionalism. If KodeKloud is serious about attracting quality talent, I hope they address these issues in their interview practices. I will definitely not be joining this Company now or in future, unless the team is changed. I even doubt the positive reviews they have , maybe just marketing team posting false reviews.
