Very easygoing Mostly behavioral questions. Had an interview with university recruiting and then was called to fly to Wichita for four consecutive 30 minute interviews. Some of the questions are intense and have a lot to do with testing your respect for authority, behavioral intelligence, people skills, and integrity.
