Very long. Multiple one on one interviews. First phone interview by HR, followed by on site interview. Met with a HR rep and different levels of management, including pilots and maintenance. Each interviewer focused on a different area: safety, regulations, CRM, technical knowledge, etc. Staff was friendly and interview process was more of a discussion.
