I interviewed with Koch first then a representative from the specific location reached out to interview. They have a variety of locations around the United States. It was a two step process.

It was a really comprehensive recruitment process. Sometimes, I had to answer similar questions, but that's what made it more precise. Also, the HR department and other managers are very enthusiastic about the process.
Orientation followed by a test which was easy , questions from computer science and from aptitude also after that interview was in the company office and after 3 days the selected candidate list came out

It was a simple process, met with the hiring manager and a few people from the group I would be working with. The interview was virtual and lasted about an hour.
