Entretien pour Data & Analytics Manager

      12 févr. 2015
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Reno, NV
      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative
      Entretien difficile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Koch (Reno, NV) en févr. 2015

      Entretien

I had an initial phone screen that went very well. They then flew me to their new office in Reno, Nv. where I had an interview with one person face-to-face on site, and four other people remotely. Three days later I heard back and they informed me that the interview went very well. I asked if I had all the technical skills and experience required and they said Yes! However they did not want to proceed forward due to my lack of "Compliance" experience. I then asked HR if there was a "Compliance" requirement for the position that I interviewed for, because I did not recall seeing it on the job description. She said NO! I then asked if there was no "Compliance" requirement for the job, how could they use this reason not to proceed forward? When I asked for more details she essentially said HR could not provide me with any details. Only to find out their decision was not due to a "Compliance" issue at all, but another reason they did not want to disclose. Essentially Koch Business Solutions is violating Federal Labor Laws and using ambiguous reasons such as "Compliance" to cover the truth and not extend offers to people.
