J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Knowledgehook (Toronto, ON) en juil. 2022
Entretien
The interview process at Knowledgehook was casual and approachable. It included two stages: the first was a conversation with a recruiter, and the second was a more in-depth discussion with the project manager who would be overseeing the role. Both interviews were virtual and focused on getting to know me, my interests, and how I might fit within the team.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were centered around my general experience, my strengths, and what I was hoping to gain from the internship. They were also curious about my interests in design and how I approach learning in a fast-paced environment. It was more about alignment and potential than hard technical skills.
1. Systems design panel interview
- I was asked to design a system that is typically the first question in most systems design questions banks.
2. Behavioral interview with CTO
- Questions related to general what if's, some new features in the frameworks
The process itself was fine, but after finishing the process, I was never given any feedback on the results of their decision. I even e-mailed them weeks later inquiring about it. I was met with radio silence, which is highly unprofessional.

Question 1
What steps would you take to solve an issue that has popped up on prod?
A phone interview, followed by an interview with the manager for a cultural and technical fit. The final round was a technical interview with the lead developers to explain system design and thought process.
