Recently got an opportunity to appear for an Interview at Knowcross for a Senior profile.
Pros
1.Recuitment in the tough times amid COVID 19(where companies are focussing more on firing rather hiring)
2.Awesome location,heaven for nature lovers.
Cons
1.To my surprise the Interviewer here ,I have had already worked with this CTO in previous company.
This man is not technically inclined .Superficial knowledge.Deep search shows his skill set doubtful.Really perplexed how a product based company affording such inefficient people.He makes people to display only the paper work,far away from actual deployment.
2.High expectation level may be due to lack of knowledge by the top managers and fillers.
Advice:
1.No employee will retain with this kind of Engineering Head/manager.Time to Re-think.
2.Company must check background/feedback verification while doing any hiring.

3. HR round
In first technical discussion, the panel expectations you to write all the 3 coding questions, if you will complete 2 also with proper dry run, they will reject you, so beware.
Second round was just a behavioural round of discussions only, and final hr round is basically about the salary expectations.

The interview lasted for 2 days, but the actual time was less than 2 hours. It was focused on programming, arch, and designing. the question was good, not easy, not difficult. before that online test was okay
