Very fast process run by a very responsive team. Started with a quick 15 minute initial phone call with the recruiter, who contacted me back the same afternoon to schedule a Zoom interview with the hiring manager a few days later. Some online personality/culture fit tests were required beforehand, which took about 1-2 hours. After meeting the hiring manager, I was again contacted the same afternoon to set a second follow up Zoom with another key senior employee. Next was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager which resulted in a verbal offer later the same day. A few phone calls with the recruiter and manager to finalize details before receiving a written offer. References are called at the offer stage. Overall, a fast, efficient experience, built on close communication, which was refreshing compared with other companies who are often very slow to respond and leave you wondering where you stand in the process.
