Had an initial phone call with expansion team member to learn more about the company and role and ensure there was enough interest to proceed to an interview. Then interviewed with 3 people including the hiring manager, Director of Salesforce, and the CIO. Questions were a mix of some typical questions and some more focused on culture fit. I was initially interviewing for a Salesforce QA Engineer role but was offered a Manager of QA Business Applications role based on my experience and the interview.
