Phone screen and then face to face (Zoom in my case). The internal recruiter reached out via phone the day after I applied. She provided information on the company and on the position, while also taking the time to learn about my past roles and what I'm looking for going forward. It seemed like a great fit so we set up a Zoom interview with another member of the hiring team and my potential future manager. The interview was very conversational and provided great insight into the team and what would be expected from a CSM. I received an offer the same week.
