I was super impressed with the entire process, thorough but quick. The application process isn't long or redundant like most. I applied, received an email to write up why I would be a good fit, had a phone interview, took tests, and had an in-person interview all within 3 days. The tests were simple and to ensure I would be a good fit for the company. The face-to-face interview was very comfortable and not stuffy or nerve-racking like most. I met the team. They asked some behavioral based questions, questions about my work style, desired career path, and what I enjoy doing - they were interested in me as individual rather than just as an asset to the business. They gave me a tour of the company which gave me insight on what my work environment would be like. Overall best interview experience I've had.
