Entretien
There were multiple one-on-ones and a home test. We talked a lot of specifics about the role, technical background and my professional interests. Everyone involved in the process, including the internal recruiter, were super on point and good about circling back quickly with feedback / next steps. My only negative comment would be that the process could be more respectful of folks time when they are still only a prospect. The home test in particular took up a lot of time and - while totally necessary and a great way to gauge a candidate's skill set and experience level - could be fine tuned to be a bit less of a time sink.

This is a bit of an N/A. There were no structured or tough questions, just a lot of discussion of the business, how it works, my background and interests and how that might fit in at the company.

Entretien
Phone call with team members, focused only on fit. The conversation was awkward and reminded me of past banking interviews- hear about the interviewer's background for 10 minutes, talk about yourself for 10 minutes, get asked awkward questions designed to put you on the spot for 10 minutes. Left the conversation pretty confused and knowing it was not an office or team I'd enjoy working with. They also do not offer equity packages and it was pretty clear they pay under market. Then never heard back, as someone else said they ghost after interviews which is also a pretty immature practice.

Appreciate your feedback. We do our best to get back to all candidates but as we scale we need to improve our systems to ensure we do so. Every day is a day to learn and get better.
To clarify, all full-time employees do receive equity as part of their offer packages.
