Within 4 days, I applied, then got called in twice to meet 4 different people. Then the process got kind if dragged out in which I was then asked to complete a questionnaire with 2 scenario questions. Then a week later a CAD project. Then another week later I was called in to meet one of the founders. Jumping through 5 hoops later, they set up an appointment for me just to be told that I'm not a right fit, but to keep in touch. This interview process can be streamlined to be much better and time efficient; doesn't look like they know what they want for sure.
