Interview went well, cleared the technical rounds telephonic nd F2F. But issue was with the joining Period. They wanted me to join within 30days despite I told my notice period is 3months. And I have to change location from Bangalore to Hyderabad. 30days is very very less and near to impossible for any 8yrs exp person to join unless he is already serving notice period or unemployed.
