Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

Phone Screen - 10 minute interview with basic questions and position run-down. They invite you on the spot if they like you.
In-person Interview - Basic arithmetic tests (both mental and on paper) focused on speed and a behavior interview with canned and experience focused questions.
Final Interview - Relaxed environment practical interview on learning blackjack. Don't get invested in the game (you're suppose to be a professional not a player), stay on top of the card tests and be willing to learn.

About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.

it is quite easy. first, it started off as zoom interview. then, they called you from phone to let you know the interview result. if you are good at maths, it will not be a problem.
