There is an initial call to see if you are still interested and schedule a time to interview. At the interview, there are 3 short mathematical tests and questions to answer with the interviewer. After you pass, you get moved into a 2-day paid final interview.

Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
