After a first interview I was asked to come in for a 2 day training where they taught No Bust Black Jack. Training was great. It was paid and learned a great deal.
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.

Describe a difficult situation you had with a customer.
it is quite easy. first, it started off as zoom interview. then, they called you from phone to let you know the interview result. if you are good at maths, it will not be a problem.
