Very slow process. The Human Resources Department was very inefficient. The employees are unprofessional as they do not value your time. On my initial interview, the HR assistant was 30 minutes late. On my 2nd and 3rd interviews, the managers were also 2hrs and 1hr late, respectively. It did not surprise me when it took 2 weeks before I hear from them. I suggest, set a time that matches the availability of the interviewers. Don’t waste other people’s time by letting them wait. On the other hand, I had a very good conversation with all of them during the interviews. They were very open and accommodating. I got to really share a lot of what I know and what I’ve already experienced.

There were a few rounds of interview. The first interview procesd required a one on kne interview with two HR personnels. If you get shortlisted from the first round, the second round involved more prepatory work since it was8 group interview with a panel. Timed group work assessment and rolling interview. Didnt make it to the last round.
