I had initially applied for a cashier job, but the HR manager asked me to fill out an app for Hardlines as I was a better fit there. The interview was very friendly. She asked the basic questions and laughed when I joked about my answers. She seemed to have made up her mind to hire me about halfway through the interview, but we still completed the whle thing.

relatively straightforward. asked about how much you can lift, do you have specifically scheduling needs. what's your weekend availability. did not wear a suit. asked about age and any drug testing.

It was behavioral questions. The questions were geared at figuring out whether you are a team player or not. The manager was nice and human resources is also nice.
