The online application is very long and repetitive. It took me 45 minutes to complete and it was mostly common sense questions.
I was called in for an interview a week and a half later. I met with the H.R. representative and interviewed with pretty standard questions. The G.M. popped his head in as well to just say a quick hello. The process was pretty quick.
I was called back within a few days and scheduled orientation.

I put in an online application and after a week I received a call from the hiring manager that they wanted to do an interview. It was very relaxed, but formal. Not a fast-food "interview" that's for sure.

The interview was very straight forward. Asked me a little bit about myself and my availability to work. The whole process took about 15 minutes, and the HR rep made me an offer on the spot. Pretty much once you have the interview you have the job.
