Very relaxed and very easy! I applied and got a call from HR. Started with my availability and asked general interview questions. Got hired on the spot, had orientation a few days later

Why do you want to work at Kmart? What is your greatest accomplishment? Availability? What goals do you have?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
