I engaged with one-on-one interview about my customer service and team skills. They also had around 30 people in the room for group exersizes where you were given a customer scenario and had to come up with a response together.

It was a one on one interview with the store's Human Resources specialist. She seemed very stressed and relieved that someone with a regular employment history had filed for the job. She was polite, personable and easy to talk to. She quickly offered me the position.
