A few questions about my previous history, my availability and customer service skills and when i would start after background check. I also had to watch some videos after being hired but now all the training is all on the computer.

How I would help a customer in my line if I couldn't do so myself.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
