I had what I can only describe as my most disheartening interview encounter to date at this particular company. While my initial technical interview went smoothly and was conducted with utmost professionalism by two Malaysian interviewers, the second round was an entirely different story. In the second interview, I met with two individuals who were quite aggressive and overpowering. They were Indian, but what stood out was their lack of professionalism and their tendency to intimidate rather than help candidates. Even though they might be seen as leaders in the company, their behavior didn't show good leadership qualities. It was disappointing to face people who seemed more interested in being dominant than in having a positive and collaborative interview. I think the company should train its interviewers better, stressing the importance of professionalism and positive interactions during interviews. This kind of behavior doesn't just make the interview experience bad, it also reflects poorly on the company. This was definitely my worst interview experience, and I really hope the company works on making future interviews more respectful and professional.
