Terrible. Led me on for months, said the position would be mine once it opened up. Never did. Followed up many times, said it would be soon - waited 6 months. Seems like they’re going through bad financials. Based off reviews appears there are always lay offs and spending money on materialistic things rather than for the good of the company. Don’t waste your time. They promote a good hiring process on LinkedIn, but don’t fall for the scam.

Entretien
1. Culture Call (5 minutes) asking simple questions like "What is your expected salary"
2. DISC & Personality Quiz - Took roughly 30 minutes to complete. They just want to know that you are a great culture fit, which I love that they do.
3. 30 min Interview with a Director - Met with Courtney and it went really well. Great time to hear more about the position and ask any questions about KlientBoost or the role.
4. The last step was a Strategy Quiz for a client. This consisted of creating an action plan/strategy for the client, as well as ad copy.
Seemed as if I landed the job, however they reached capacity and have no more open positions at the moment. Waiting on one to open! Hopefully very soon!
