first interview with human resources, it was a quick interview just getting to know you. it lasted about 20 minutes or so. also, as part of the process, you are supposed to complete an assessment which is like an aptitude test.

The interview was straightforward and uncomplicated, with the questions primarily revolving around the information on my resume. They focused on my previous work experiences and how they relate to the position I applied for, without any unexpected or challenging inquiries.

Terrible, terrible interview process. I was emailed for a simple phone interview and within a THREE DAY span, the interviewer Looba rescheduled four times. She rescheduled the phone interview literally an hour before. I managed to switch things around for it, but I have never had such an unpleasant interview process, let alone unprofessional time management. I will never apply to the company. If it is this disorganized just for the screening process, I can't even imagine how unprofessional the work atmosphere is.
