Round 1: HR screen, assessment on personality & technical fit. Round 2: Conversation with someone senior or the hiring manager. More of a casual chat, some cultural & technical assessments. Round 3: Case study Interview, where they present an imaginary project and assess your PM capabilities. They just want to hear your high level thought process, no need to get too granular. I would recommend brushing up on project management fundamentals (think timeline, scope, budget etc.) when preparing for the interview.

Step one: Screening.
Step two: With Director. Standard questions. (STAR). Didn't make it to round two as some of my skills slightly differed, I use Adobe and they use Figma. Apparenly my skills won't transfer. I felt I had a better shot based on how it went.

Efficient and great people to talk to. Very knowledgeable and company culture seems to be good. Great communication and the process/ steps were explained in the first initial call so you know what to expect.
