Hiring manager phone screen followed by take-home exercise. Two more interviews following that. The last one is a white boarding exercise with the CEO. The take home involved giving product recommendations based on customer feedback. Submitted and was rejected but was never given feedback which would have been very useful given I spent about 3 hours on it.
