My recruiter was truly phenomenal and incredibly transparent from start to finish. The interview process was pretty standard, and I appreciated that questions were provided ahead of time. Overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately, I was leveled down for some reason when it came time for the offer and my offer was 50k less than my current job. It was a huge downgrade in terms of pay, so it was effectively like getting no offer at all. Very unfortunate that I was not leveled somewhere else in the process so I wouldnt have wasted time doing interviews.
