Interview process consisted of three rounds. I had an in office meeting to debug and improve a snippet of unoptimized code, a take-home assignment that took about 10 hours (I did this over the course of about 2 weeks whenever I had the time to pick away at it and despite the long time getting back to them it didn't pose an issue), and then a final in-person round for about 3-4 hours with multiple 1-on-1 interviews, mostly cultural but there was a technical whiteboard question involved. Bare in mind my experience was a bit different to others due to odd timings and conflicts on my end. Things might not need to flow into two different in-person interviews like it did for me. Overall its pretty casual, people are helping you out every step of the way so its very collaborative.
