I applied online and got a call the next day. The Recruiter asked me just two questions; GMAT Score and the Visa Requirement. She hung up right after two questions and I followed up for two weeks but no response

1. Assessment - sql queries, database design and couple of data warehousing questions. They reached out to me right after submission of my assessment 2. Interview call with recruiter - Resume review, in-depth discussion of projects and related work. Went really well and got confirmation from recruiter that he will talk to hiring manager for next rounds. Worst part was they extended offer to someone for the same position and yet conducted interview with other candidates. They should interview everyone in the same pipeline. Stop wasting our time. Super disappointing experience.
