Did a online logic test.
Did a technical interview on site (Code review) + management interview with "Engineering management"
Did another interview with another Engineering Manager

Normal interview questions.
Coding Interview:
Write a method which gets a number as int[] (each digit will be an array element) and add 1 to it and return the result as an other int[],
[2,6,9] -> [2,7,0]
System design:
Design a web based system for weather information, how to scale it ...
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Entretien
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
