Entretien
First session was a get together with an engineering manager. It was a generic discussion around the company, expectation, my background and my motivation.
In the second session, there was an algorithm problem which is about to check how you approach the problems.

Question 1
For the algorithm problem, interviewer has put a famous question in Klarna, regarding how we can find most points while changing the angle of the camera which is in the central point.. I think this was not a fair question and would cause many talented people to be filtered out.. I couldn't produce correct answer without a decent help..
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Entretien
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
