Generischer Code challenge in einem Web Tool lösen, Intelligenz Test, nochmals Einzelgespräche mit Managern und HR. Am Ende nochmals zwei coding Interview zu einem algorithmische Problem und zur system Architektur. Kein Design oder User Zentriertes Gespräch, alles sehr abstrakt sodass man vom eigentlich Arbeitsumfeld nichts erfährt.
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Entretien
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
