The next day after submitting the application I received a mail with a link for a logical thinking test, after which they would proceed to review my cv and experience. It consists of 18 questions to complete in 15 minutes. Just consider this task to be an odd deal-breaker, as we are talking about a people-role! Furthermore, both the invite to the test and the rejection message are very impersonal. One thing to praise it that this has been by far the shortest recruiting process ever (application-test-rejection within 2 days).
