1. Logic test (easy)
2. Coding test
3. Two phone screens with an engineer (working on a small project) and a manager (Behaviour)
4. Onsite (Logic test (mix with easy and hard), System design, Behaviour and lunch with team)
The overall process was smooth and everyone was helpful. Questions are not hard as long as you prepare a little bit.
I decide to decline the offer as their offer was not competitive as my current total compensation,

Question 1
Some high level design question related to company's business
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Entretien
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
