Worst experience ever! A very arbitrary and arrogant HR person who kept moving and skipping Teams meetings and was slow to respond to messages. Finally, I got a meeting with the country manager. They had me do psychological tests, the results of which were absolutely OK, even better.
After that, they completely ghosted me and when I asked a couple of weeks later, they told me that the recruitment process had been delayed and one person had already been selected.
Avoid this company, it's not worth your time!

The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
