One HR interview and two technical ones. The first technical was about Python theory and a practical exercise of building an async service. The second interview was more about past projects and experience.

I had a very positive interview experience with the HR team. They inquired about my previous work experiences, my current role, and my expectations for the position. Overall, it was a friendly and engaging conversation.

Absurd and disrespectful. I wrote a cover letter for them, sent the CV and did my research about the company before applying. They replied to me in email with the technical test. No previous chat, no "let us introduce the company to you". During the technical interview I mentioned that it was really hard for me to understand one of them because his micro wasn't working well. He didn't suggest any solution and I couldn't hear what he was saying most of the time. Honestly, red flag after red flag
