Very good selection process. The interviews were via Skype and though I was in another country I could communicate perfectly with the HR agents. The assessment of my skills was through language tests and questionnaires about my experience. The HR department is very well prepared and friendly.

The interview was pretty awkward and no essential info about the position was mentioned. The people were pleasant, but it wasn't very productive interview where you can also learn about the company, not only show yourself

The first interview was made through skype and it lasted for almost 40 minutes, followed by an english test (they asked both grammatical questions and a role play) and a final interview, always through skype.

One call with the recruiter then another call with the recruiter and Team Manager. They asked me some questions about my previous experience and then we had a role-play. It was quite a simple process that only took a few days.
