Entretien
I was initially contacted on Linkedin and spoke with the recruiter, after which I didn't hear back for a while. I was later contacted by the new in-house recruiter, who was fantastic! I had a great conversation with the hiring manager about data, analytics, my past experience, and how data and Kiva works. The next step was the final round, which would be a presentation and Q&A round. I had to bow out of the process at this step for personal reasons, but the overall process was quite smooth. Both the hiring manager and recruiter were very professional and straightforward, which made it really easy as a candidate.

One of the best interview processes I’ve gone though! The interview consisted of 4 stages: recruiter phone screen, hiring manager screen, take home assignment (3 hours), and 30 min presentation + full day of 1:1 interviews. Christine (recruiter) and Kristy (hiring manager) were super friendly, engaging, and communicative and made sure the entire process went smoothly. I had a positive impression of the team and company culture and it was clear everyone was passionate about Kiva’s mission and impact.

Entretien
Applied online, took about a month to hear back. Went through an initial screening interview with a recruiter. This screening seemed to be very high level and didn't offer very much insight into the role. Heard back the following day.
