I had my final round in May 2018. The worst part of the interview process was: I haven't heard back until now, not even the rejection. I remember they told me that the fourth round interview was the final round. I think a bit of decency to tell a final round candidate about the result would be appropriate. I had four rounds of interview, all through Skype calls. Most of the questions are behavioral with one mini case in each stage, which represents the day-to-day challenges faced by the role. The people were nice. They genuinely care about the mission of the company and they did the interview in a conversational manner.
