Entretien
There were four rounds in total, out of which three were technical and the fourth being value alignment.
Technical Round I: CSS, Js fundamentals, logical thinking and problem solving skills were tested.
Technical Round 2: Html, CSS, React fundamentals were tested.
Technical Round 3: Quizzed about my previous projects, React practices and patterns, a take home challenge.
Value alignment round: I was quizzed to gauge how well my values align with Kissflow's core values which is crucial to be accepted as part of their tribe rather one's technical expertise.
The talent acquisition team had done a great job through their guidance throughout, which made the overall interview process and experience smooth.

I had 3 rounds of technical and a final value-alignment round. Right from the time when the recruiter reached out to me until I got the offer, the recruiters had been super helpful and ensured that the candidate doesn't panic at each and every step.
