Overall a fairly normal interview, where do you see yourself in five years. What are your strengths, and weaknesses. Areas you can improve? Fairly standard interview overall. The manager was about 15 minutes late but made up for it with their extremely nice demeanor.

online application, multiple phone interviews. Told me I was getting the job after second phone interview and then received an automated email stating they were looking at other candidates. Very unprofessional.
