Pretty average for law firms. I was a lateral from another firm, so they asked me about my prior deal experience. They also asked how I would pivot from one area of expertise to another, which was what I was doing. It was not very structured.
Easy process, no hard questions, very conversational but not much real substance to the process. Hard to judge how you did based off the interview. Very little even behavioral questions were asked.

Entretien
The interview was easy, three attorneys, two partners and one associate. Not super formal and did not ask much about specific knowledge of corporate or transactional work. Overall, the interview was easy.

Entretien
Done through law school. Did not feel rigid. Was conversational. Mostly about connecting and ensuring we had a good relationship. Nothing technical or even remotely technical. Then had a follow up.
