Fairly typical interview process through their diversity program - when the time for interviewing actually came however it was apparent that I was not being seriously considered as a candidate. One of the partners scheduled to interview me was on vacation so I almost had to sit in an empty office while the recruiting team scrambled to get me in front of someone who very clearly did not want to spend their time talking to me.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this particular legal market?
Easy process, no hard questions, very conversational but not much real substance to the process. Hard to judge how you did based off the interview. Very little even behavioral questions were asked.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Kirkland & Ellis (Boston, MA)
Entretien
The interview was easy, three attorneys, two partners and one associate. Not super formal and did not ask much about specific knowledge of corporate or transactional work. Overall, the interview was easy.

Entretien
Done through law school. Did not feel rigid. Was conversational. Mostly about connecting and ensuring we had a good relationship. Nothing technical or even remotely technical. Then had a follow up.
