The process was straightforward. I was contacted by a Coordinator/Generalist to set up a time to do a phone screen. I then spoke to another HR Coordinator and a Sr. HR Specialist. Those were about half an hour each and they were nice. The last interview was with a Sr. HR Manager/Office Manager. That went fine but there were some red flags during the interview. During the second and third interview, I was told that the lawyers come first and are a priority and the rest of the staff is second. That was a HUGE red flag because that means it's not an equitable workforce. They could've worded that differently but chose not to. I appreciate the bluntness, though.
Of course, there was no follow-up or email after the last interview but am I surprised? Not really. The firm has already set the tone of its culture and its reputation by ghosting candidates.

Entretien
Started with an external recruiter who reached out to me regarding the position. Once I spoke with this individual it took over 2 months from my first phone interview with the internal recruiter to actually starting in this position. I enjoyed the interview process and the variety of individuals I spoke with and questions they asked to get to know me and determine if i was a good fit. Once I received an offer and accepted it did take a long time for additional processing before I was confirmed to start.
