I was interviewed by the entire paralegal team that I would work with (besides the case assistants). I first spoke with HR, she gave me a background of the group and the type of candidate they had in mind. I than spoke with the head paralegal of the team, she did most of the talking. I also spoke with a legal assistant 2 and a legal assistant 1. Many of questions were very generic interview questions (i.e. what are your best qualities? what can you bring to the table?) The interviews lasted about 1 - 2 hours long. FYI - If you do not hear back within two weeks forget about getting a job there.

After resume submission, I had a couple of interviews with HR. had to go thru tests involving computer usage and such. Overall pleasant exp since the HR person was nice.
