Shortly after I sent my app in, one of their recruiters contacted me for a phone interview. The whole process took maybe five days. Unfortunately, the first words out of my mouth told me she wasn't interested in the interview. She had a nasty attitude from the start, as if she didn't want to be there. I would have loved to learn more about Kirkland, but the only thing I learned is that they need new recruiters.
