Extremely thorough, they clearly want to get the right people that fit the culture and have passion. Talked to a wide variety of team members to really get a feel for all aspects of the company.

Interview process was super long with wasted almost 8-10 hours of my overall time. They organise meetup with multiple leaders and give an assignment to do. After assignment you again have an interview for explaining what you did. People are good but process is nonsense because more than 2 rounds in any company is a red flag. They even ghosted after last round, I had to email their HR to ask the results. They changed the role and are looking for someone else, what a joke of a company.
